  11. The following are the prices for use of TVGRAPH in applications

  15.        To purchase AS IS - Source code provided - BBS support for 1 year and
  16.        free upgrades if any bug fixes are released.
  17.  
  18.        1. For use in absolute freeware/public domain programs
  19.                                                               $50 per developer
  20.        2. For use in shareware applications/donation based marketing
  21.                                                            $150 per application
  22.        3. For use in commercial applications
  23.                                                            $300 per application

  25.        Where you wish me to modify,maintain or enhance the source code you must
  26.        fall into at least category 2 or 3 above already, then negotiate further
  27.        development on an individual basis.

  29.        Per application prices mean that you pay one price (i.e. no royalties)
  30.        but you must purchase one licence per application you are producing.
  31.        This means you can have 6 programmers using the code for one licence
  32.        as long as it is one application. Payment is due for category 1&2 on
  33.        release of application, payment for 3 is due on first sale.
